Kaylee loves Cats!
This is Kaylee's new thing. She loves to watch videos of cats on youtube as well. She must have learned cat loving from her non allergic mother.

inability to make plans cripples me
So as I have mentioned several times, Ryan has been talking to Riser Media about potentially joining their team. They really like him and have told him they are going to hire him as their next employee. The problem is they haven't known exactly what to have him do. A project just came up that involves needing all of Ryan's skills and if they get it they are for sure bringing him on full time and putting him in charge of it. The problem is that nasty word "IF." Ryan thinks they probably will get the project soon but there is no exact time frame or guarantees here. This makes me a little bonkers because I am 9.5 credits away from graduation and want to graduate in August. The problem with that is that my schedule for Spring/Summer school really would not mesh well with Ryan trying to work in Lehi full time and then come home and work on his school work. Where does my degree and our 1.5 kids fit into this. Spring semester starts on the 27th so I don't have a lot of time to figure this out! I have considered taking one 3 credit class in the Spring, one in the summer and then waiting till next winter to try and finish all (3.5 credits) of my minor classes in the evenings after Ryan is done with school. If anyone can wave a wand and make the answer clear it would be appreciated!

Recipes
I had an assignment to compile 10 family recipes into 5 categories and include stories about each recipe. I thought it would be easiest to make a website using iWeb. It was easy but time consuming because I was being a bit of a perfectionist and in all honestly taking it too seriously.
You can visit the site by clicking here
PS as of right now I still need the Pullan pull apart recipe and would greatly appreciate someone being willing to get it to me tonight :)

California- 2010
My mom had been planning a trip to California to visit her family for a while and Ryan and I had talked about going with her. It happened to be the same weekend as the premier of Dancing With the Stars which we thought would be fun to go to. Life just kept getting in the way so we finally decided it would be best to stay behind. On Friday morning, the day my mom was leaving Ryan said "Can we just go?" We needed a break and even though the trip set us back in school and things we just packed up and left anyway!
On Saturday we spent the whole day at my Grandma's doing yard work for her birthday present. We had so many people there that we got a ton done! It was surprisingly enjoyable just to do something different with family.
Sunday was just a casual dinner with family.
We decided to buy two for one passes to Disneyland. So we spent Monday at Calafornia Adventure (Shuana and Ryan had never gone) and Tuesday at Disneyland. My California family has spent a lot of time at Disneyland and California Adventure so on Monday my aunt came to help us navigate the park and take care of kids then on Tuesday my cousin and her husband (who actually works at Disneyland) did the same.
I thought I took a ton of pictures but really they aren't that exciting...
The classic Disneyland picture
Napping at CA Adventure
Kaylee was afraid of most the rides but small world was fun because she got to wave her arms to the music the whole time!
There was a dance party in the street and Kaylee also loved this.
I also uploaded a few pics to facebook if you want to see anymore, click here
I had a presentation to give on Thursday so we all headed home on Wednesday. :( Thanks Jeanine for letting us stay with you. It was fun!
When we got in at like 3am the cat was sleeping on our bed and the kids REALLY liked her. She is such a mellow cat!
